Donation Items for Player Packets – No Cost, but materials must be provided by donating company

Hole Sponsors:

  • Interactive Hole Sponsors – $500 (6 available)
    • Interactive hole sponsors may set up a booth and interactive game/give away at the tee box. Alcohol and food giveaways must be purchased through the golf course per golf course requirements.
    • A sign with the company logo may be placed at the tee box. Company representatives are not allowed on the tee box.
  • General Hole Sponsors – $200 (up to 27 available)
    • General hole sponsors may set up two (2) signs as follows”
    • A sign with the company logo may be placed at the tee box and one on the green (less the 6 interactive holes).

Food/Beverage Sponsors:
Breakfast – $1,500

  • Company sign/logo will be placed at the breakfast buffet
  • Logo on website and all promotional materials
  • Recognition at the luncheon

Beverage Sponsor – $1,500

  • Company sign/logo will be placed on the beverage cart
  • Logo on website and all promotional materials
  • Recognition during the luncheon

Luncheon Sponsor – $1,500

  • Company sign/logo will be placed on the lunch buffet and on tables
  • Logo on website and all promotional materials
  • Recognition during the luncheon

Single Players and Foursomes

  • $150 per player (non-member or golf sponsor)
  • $500 for foursome (non-member or golf sponsor)

Player Contests/Awards:
Longest Drive (Men/Women) – $50 each
Longest Putt (Men/Women) – $50 each
Closest to the pin (Men/Women) – $50 each
1st Place Team – $200 each
2nd Place Team – $100 each
3rd Place Team – $50 each
Most Honest Team – $50 each

Format:

  • 124 is the minimum number of players (31 foursomes)
  • Scramble Best Ball
  • Mulligans ($10/each with max of 5 mulligans per team)

Volunteers:

  • Photography
  • Check In Booth (including set up/tear down)
  • Award Item Procurement
  • Luncheon (setting up the awards table, testing media, etc.)
  • Player Registration Packets (need to get some nice giveaways and place them in all of the carts)
