WiMCO Mentorship Program
WiMCO Rocky Mountain Chapter’s inaugural mentorship program will provide an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and offer guidance around navigating the data center industry, career advancement, and critical career decision points, particularly for women in the industry.
Program Overview
- Structure: Mentorship groups will consist of 1–2 mentors paired with 5–6 mentees.
- Timing: The program will run for 9 months, from June 2026 through April 2027.
- Commitment: Participants will attend monthly virtual group meetings, along with quarterly WiMCO-hosted in-person events.
- Curriculum: WiMCO will provide topics and themes to discuss throughout the program.
Mentee Qualifications
We are currently seeking mentees who meet the following criteria:
- Women Only
- Active in 7×24 or WiMCO
- Looking for guidance navigating the data center industry, career growth, and career decision points.
Mentor Qualifications
We are currently seeking mentors who meet the following criteria:
- Women only
- Active in 7×24 or WiMCO
- Preferably 10+ years of industry experience

The deadline to apply to the program is May 30, 2026. We will be hosting a kickoff event on June 15th for all participants.
