Join WiMCO for an interactive session designed to demystify the financial fundamentals and investment decisions shaping data center development. After an overview by industry expert Kristina Metzger summarizing how investors evaluate investment opportunities, attendees will step into the investor’s seat and become the investment committee for a fictional infrastructure fund with money to invest in one of three AI data center projects in which you’ll evaluate the risk / return tradeoffs, challenge your assumptions, and ultimately decide where to put the money. Along the way, you’ll see how CapEx cost per MW, time to revenue, NPV, IRR, customer demand, and risk influence real-world investment decisions.
